It's home to a number of different popular clothing brands but Outfit will soon close its doors in Newcastle.
The two storey city centre store, which has has ranges from the likes of Topshop, Topman, Miss Selfridge, Burton, Dorothy Perkins and Jack Jones, only opened in 2017, taking over the former BHS store which itself shut when that company ran into difficulties and went out of business.
But it was announced at the end of May that the Northumberland Street shop, owned by Sir Phillip Green's Aracdia Group would be shutting.
Since them, prices have been slashed on all manner of garments from skirts to shorts; winter coats to sunglasses and evening dresses to three piece suits.
And now there are absolutely crazy bargains to be had as prices have tumbled even further.
We paid a visit to Outfit on Monday night and both the women's floor and the men's clothes on the ground floor boast massive discounts.
Topman jeans and trousers can be picked up for as little as £5, with vests and swimming shorts available for as little as £3.
Burton bargains are also there for the taking with loads of suits and winter coasts now with more than 50% off and sunglasses, ties and caps available for just £3.
Upstairs there are loads of sale rails with signs on ranging from 'All £10' and 'All £7' all the way down to 'All £3'. Even garments marked on the £10 rails are even cheaper, with skirts available for just £3.
If you're a regular shopper at Miss Selfridge there are are items available to snap up for £5 and under.
