Hollywood movie star Tom Hardy was left shocked when an out-of-control car ploughed into his family mansion.
The horror accident occurred on Saturday night when the vehicle tore down part of the boundary wall and iron security gate surrounding his £3.4million house in Richmond, south west London.
Hunky actor Tom, 42, and his actress wife Charlotte Riley, 37, made a move to the country last year to avoid a stalker.
A neighbour of the couple told The Sun : "Tom and Charlotte won't be happy as the damage is extensive and leaves their home very exposed."
It's reported that builders were seen at the property yesterday as work starts to get underway.

The star is very protective over his privacy.
In an interview last year, he lashed out saying he would "beat the f***ing sh**" out of anyone caught taking photos of his kids Louis, 10, their four-year-old whose name he's never revealed and 11-month-old Forest.
Just last week the couple had been under threat from Pokémon GO players who stand outside their home playing the game on their smartphones.

One woman who works nearby told the Daily Star : "I see them there all the time. It's hilarious.
"I've also seen Tom fussing about in his garden. He's very private so he must hate it."

Pokémon GO players arrange to meet up to form "raid" parties to search areas in groups as they hunt for digital beasts.
Richmond Park, which is close by to his luxury pad, is a top hotspot for raids.
A representative for Tom has been contacted by Mirror Online for comment.
