Amanda Owen praised her children for their handy work on the farm on Wednesday night.
The Yorkshire Shepherdess, 47, is busy preparing for Christmas, with son Miles on hand to provide dinner for the Owen family via a chicken reared by the youngster himself.
Channel 5 viewers got to catch up with Amanda, Clive and all nine kids on Wednesday night, when Our Yorkshire Farm 's past Christmas special got a festive rerun.
In the episode, fans of the farming show caught up with the family as they prepared for Christmas dinner - with son miles having to choose which his cockerels they will be feasting on.

Doting parents Amanda and Clive Owen, 67, guide their children on how to rear livestock on Ravenseat Farm.
Throughout the episode, dad Clive was on call to help 15-year-old Miles make what could have been some tough decisions.
"I'll attend to them and then you lads can pluck them," Clive explained to his son on Wednesday night's show.
Despite being a little concerned at first, Miles revealed he wouldn't feel bad as the birds were dying for a purpose.
"It's not like they are dying for no reason," the teenager farmer claimed.

"Life and death is a part of farming, and I think it teaches these lads what it's all about," agreed dad Clive.
"These cockerels have lived as chickens should live and as long as these animals are looked after and dispatched properly, then it's all good.
"It's good lad, as it's all part of the process of you rearing chickens."
Clive then went on to show Miles and brother Sidney the dead cockerels ready and waiting to be plucked.

"I think it's a good end to your summer really that you looked after these birds all the time and we had all those eggs and now we are going to have chicken to eat, so well done," Clive praised his sons.
He then taught the boys how to start removing and plucking feathers off the dead birds.
Later on in the episode, mum Amanda was beaming with pride regarding her youngster being responsible for a festive feast.

"Miles has provided Christmas dinner for the family - usually it would be a giant supersized turkey but this year we're having chicken," the mum-of-nine gushed on camera.
She added: "He's looked after them and now they are looking after us, so it's like the circle of life."
Viewers took to social media after watching the festive rerun to express their delight at catching the episode on Channel 5.
