Our Yorkshire Farm's Amanda Owen shows off amazing figure after birthing 9 children

How does Amanda Owen do it? The Yorkshire shepherdess showed off her incredibly flat stomach and toned arms despite having had nine children.

Fans of Our Yorkshire Farm on C5 have been delighted with the tales of her remarkable family. The 46-year-old, lives with her 66-year-old husband Clive and their large brood at their rural home in Ravenseat, Yorkshire.

Amanda manages to look after all the kids and work hard around the farm with their flocks of sheep, herds of cows and other animals.

All that physical labour has left Amanda looking enviably fit and toned.

In fact, some fans were worried that she wasn't covered up despite in the hot weather. They warned her that baring her flesh would make her a target for local midges or horseflies.

In the recent hot weather, Amanda wore a swimsuit outdoors as she shooed cattle into nearby fields. Shouting "Come on!" to the cows, she explained in a video: "I'm putting the cows into some remote pastures away from where people walk where they can have peace and quiet."

Recently, Amanda was out with some of the kids, who were literally climbing the walls of their barns.

She wrote: "It isn’t entirely without reason that we’re climbing the walls.

"Opening the forking holes (once used for forking loose hay in with a pitch fork off a pike bogey). We need to let in light so we can see to clear out any old hay before we fill the barns again."

Amanda's legs look slim and tanned as she scrambled up the stone walls of the building, and in another shot, her stomach looked amazingly flat and muscular.

She often shares images and videos on Instagram with her 352,000 followers to show the idyllic countryside in Upper Swaledale, where they live. It's a site of special scientific interest, as their meadows contain rare wildlife like globeflowers, hay rattle and snipe nests.

In her own words, when she's not "shepherding sheep, shovelling s***, shearing, writing or making tea", she's also a talented artist. Amanda donned a pretty pink knee-length summer dress that exposed some cleavage, as she showed off her work in an art studio.
