Amanda Owen has continued to show why her life as a Yorkshire shepherdess is becoming the talk of the nation.
The 46-year-old star of Our Yorkshire Farm has been seen herding her flock in just bikini tops as the June heatwave spread across the country as she often shies away from the stereotype of being a farmer.
Her life with husband Clive, 66, and her nine children, she has become a breakout star of the Channel 5 series about her family.
On Saturday, Amanda once again showcased her toned physique on social media as she shared snaps of herself in a crop stop and shorts.

She posted a selfie after she climbed a wall which also showed off her taut abs.
Amanda had set out with her children to do a spot of climbing and she wrote on Instagram : "On another level. It isn’t entirely without reason that we’re climbing the walls.
"Opening the forking holes (once used for forking loose hay in with a pitchfork off a pike bogey).
"We need to let in light so we can see to clear out any old hay before we fill the barns again."
While her followers liked the post in droves, there were some who were concerned that Amanda was baring too much skin, especially when there could be horseflies about.
One fan wrote: "Pop some clothes on, those horse flies have an evil bite."
Amanda was quick to reply, writing: "No clegs yet, just midges on an evening."
Clegs, which are also known as Horseflies, have razor-sharp jaws and can give a very painful bite.
Midges also bite but not to the same effect and love the humid evenings.

Amanda received plenty of praise from her followers for her figure, as many asked how she keeps in shape after nine children.
One wrote: "I appreciate your work so hard physically and long hours as well as being a wife and mother but how do you keep that amazing figure having had 9 children?"
Another commented: "Jeez, you look fabulous. Obviously, 9 kids and hard work really pays off."

Amanda embraced the rural life after reading a book about farming and the great outdoors, and she set her heart on becoming a shepherdess.
She met Clive, her husband, when she was 21 and he was 20 years older, but they have been together ever since and have huge family, with Raven, 18, Reuben, 15, Miles, 13, Edith, 10, Violet, eight, Sidney, seven, Annas, six, Clemmy, five, and Nancy, two.
