Our Yorkshire Farm star Amanda Owen has shocked fans with her frank admission that Ravenseat Farm may not be as lucrative as they might expect.
In fact, some aspects of her farm work are totally "worthless", not generating any money at all.
Shepherdess Amanda, her husband Clive and their nine children are the subject of the much-loved Channel 5 documentary which follows their lives on the farm.
Speaking in an episode of the natural history podcast, Trees A Crowd, Amanda revealed: "The harvest of the hills is basically harvesting our crop, which is not anything arable, it is all about the livestock.
"Everything that comes off this farm is hardy, so it’s about the cattle, it's about the sheep.
