The award-winning Netflix documentary Our Planet is to be reimagined as a live arena experience with a full orchestra next year.
The hit conservation series which highlighted human impact on the planet won an EMMY award and has been credited with helping to inspire a whole new generation to care about the environment.
Now segments and unseen material from the original series have been tailored into a two-hour production, Our Planet Live in Concert and will feature new narration from Sir David Attenborough.
Combining the outstanding natural world visuals of Our Planet with creative innovations in live production, this concert will be a live show like no other.
Fans can enjoy the experience for themselves when it comes to the SSE Hydro on October 19, 2020.
The original score, from Oscar-winning composer Steven Price, has been condensed and will be performed by the 66-piece Philharmonia Orchestra and singer Lisa Hannigan to create a “fully immersive” experience.
