Cole Fletcher and Ethan Dutton, 12, even offered racegoers a free plaster with their purchase, and were shared hundreds of times online for their graft.
Elsewhere, the funeral of Paul O'Grady will take place today, and fans have reportedly been invited to join a procession through the streets around his home down in Kent. Closer to home, we could see the streets of Birkenhead lined with dogs after one woman's "small idea" to line the streets of Birkenhead with dogs in his honour took off.

Arrest made after 16-year-old arrested in nightclub toilet cubicle
Police have confirmed they have now arrested a 24-year-old man after a girl, 16, was raped in a cubicle at OMG Bar. Police reported the girl had entered the toilet cubicle, before a man unlocked the door and performed the "abhorrent" act.
Children's misery lining the pockets of drug dealers and criminals across the country
Drug dealers are "deluding" troubled young boys hundreds of miles away into joining their county lines operations, which then move them all around the country having them stay in "trap houses" whilst they sell drugs, often sourced from Liverpool. Recently, Devon and Cornwall Police dismantled a sprawling 'county lines' style organised crime group where nine of the 16 defendants were under the age of 18.

Chef who sold pizza from his backyard now runs own business
A man who came to the UK with a dream of setting up his own catering business now owns a successful pizza business after giving up his job to focus on his passion. Nikola Krastevski, came to the UK from Macedonia, before he was invited to Liverpool by friends whilst working at a factory in Peterborough.
Nikola decided to stay and set up his business and now runs multiple pizza stalls throughout the city, including Bibi Pizza at St John's Shopping Centre.
