Our Liverpool: Deli Van's £6k dilemma as Eurovision looms

Hello and welcome to Our Liverpool.

The owners of a Deli van on the Pier Head faces an expensive dilemmas as they will lose their pitch for Eurovision if they doesn't pay £6,000 after the council temporarily suspended their license for the pitch they've kept since 2010. Patsy Murphy and her business partner Rebecca Molloy were told a few weeks ago they would need to reapply and pay the hefty fee.

Since Patsy and Rebecca have received widespread support from local people, including one person who threw £50 into her van. They said they even chased the man down and tried to give him it back but he refused.

Horrifying footage shows man flung into air by car before he's attacked

Shocking footage shows the moment a man is hit by a car before being attached in Rock Ferry. In the video a car turns a corner and flings a man into the air, before three men get out of the car with weapons and start beating the man.

They then return to the vehicle and drive away. Police said they identified what they believe is the car from the video after a search.

Liverpool's 'smallest pub' to be revamped with new owners

This month The Coach House on Maryland Street will reopen after being taken over by the team behind Cask in Stoneycroft. The pub, "unofficially recognised" as Liverpool's smallest public house, will be run by father and son team Eric and Patrick Mills, who have run Cask since 2020.

They said "We will lean heavily into being the smallest pub in Liverpool. Micropubs is what we do."
