Our Clubs, Our Future: Leeds United fans - how should football change amid Super League demise?

So much for the Super League then? The "big six's" plans to join a breakaway European league took a humiliating fall as football fans stood as one to condemn it.

Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal , Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester City's ill-advised bid to become part of a European elite was over almost before it started, with the clubs quickly performing an about-face in the wake of huge pressure.

The reaction from supporters across the country has demonstrated something we all knew - fans have the power to change football for the better.

Often in recent times, it feels as though supporters are often the last to the considered, especially when it comes to kick-off times, ticket prices and TV schedules.

But that can change.

The fans have shown their voice carries considerable weight and, with the footballing authorities and the UK Government looking to examine ways in which the game can change, we want your views.

Simply fill in the short survey above - or click here - to tell us what you think about the recent proposals, how they were dealt with and, crucially, what has to happen next.

Your answers will form part of the country-wide results and will give us a clear picture of where the game should be heading.
