N'Golo Kante is back in Chelsea training ahead of the game with Premier League leaders Liverpool this weekend - and Blues fans are loving it.
The Frenchman has not featured since a 1-1 draw with his old side Leicester City last month, with the Chelsea midfielder missing the last three Premier League games with an ankle injury.
The 28-year-old also missed the recent France fixtures over the international break and Chelsea's opening Champions League group stage match against Valencia in midweek.
But he was seen joining his team-mates in training today (Thursday) ahead of the game against Jurgen Klopp's table-topping Reds this weekend, boosting his chances of featuring at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Kante has only featured three times for the Blues so far this season, with the Frenchman coming off the bench on the opening weekend against Manchester United, before starting in the UEFA Super Cup against Liverpool and again against his old side.
Chelsea could now welcome him back against Liverpool though, with head coach Frank Lampard expected to provide an update on his fitness tomorrow (Friday) ahead of the game.
The Blues could be without midfielder Mason Mount and defender Antonio Rudiger, with both not featuring in training today ahead of the game.
However, the potential return of Kante - and left-back Emerson Palmieri, who was also involved in training, has got some Blues fans excited ahead of the visit of the Reds.
Here's what some fans have been saying on social media this afternoon (Thursday).
