The red carpet is back, but on a smaller scale.

After the pandemic forced most awards shows to go virtual (giving us glimpses of plenty of celebrity lounge rooms and hoodies), this year's Oscars has brought back a bit of the glamour.

There were statement suits and tonnes of tulle alongside novelty clutches and even a pair of gold crocs. Here are some of the looks that captured attention.
