Oscars 2019 presenters: Daniel Craig and Jennifer Lopez among stars to lead show after Kevin Hart controversy

Daniel Craig, Jennifer Lopez and Tina Fey are among the stars set to present awards at this year’s Oscars.

They will be joined by Crazy Rich Asians' Constance Wu and Awkwafina, Avengers actors Chis Evans and Brie Larson, as well as Amy Poehler, Maya Rudolph, Amandla Stenberg, Charlize Theron and Tessa Thompson the Academy has announced.

This year's glitzy ceremony will go ahead with “no host” for the first time in 30 years, instead relying on presenters after Kevin Hart stepped down from role.

The comedian and actor, who had described the presenting gig as “the opportunity of a lifetime”, pulled out shortly after he was announced in December after homophobic tweets from 2009 and 2011 resurfaced online.

Speculation persisted that Hart would change his mind and host the star-studded bash.

But pouring cold water over the idea earlier this month, he told Good Morning America: “I'm done with it, it gets no more energy from me.

“And that's why I said it's the last time I'm addressing this. There is no more conversation about it.”

Netflix's Roma leads this year's nominations with 10, including Best Picture, Original Screenplay and a Leading Actress nod for Yalitza Aparicio.

Kevin Hart says he is done with talking about the Oscars

Roma will go up against historical drama The Favourite, which also landed 10 nominations, including nods for Best Picture, Original Screenplay and Leading Actress for Olivia Colman.

British star Richard E Grant pretty much won the internet after he shared a string of snaps with a slew of Hollywood’s biggest stars at the Oscars Nominee Luncheon on Monday.

Grant, who is nominated for his supporting role in Can You Ever Forgive Me?, declared himself a sufferer of “smiling-rictus” as he posed for selfies with stars including Bradley Cooper, Lady Gaga, Sam Elliot and Glenn Close.

The 91st Oscars will be held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on February 24.
