Osbourne angered by scheming sherrif

Ozzy Osbourne is less than enamoured with police in North Dakota.

The North Dakota sheriff invited hundreds of petty criminals to a fake party where they were told they could get to meet the former Black Sabbath frontman - but when they arrived, they were arrested.

Osbourne, who was not asked about the ruse before it happened, described the actions of the sheriff, Paul Loney, as "insulting to me and to my audience, and it shows how lazy this particular sheriff is when it comes to doing his job".

Who would have thought that a man who once bit the head off a bat could be so sensitive?
