Coleraine have confirmed Oran Kearney as their new manager.
Kearney returns for a second spell with the club after signing a two-year deal with the Bannsiders , with the option to extend his stay.
Speaking to colerainefc.com, Chairman Colin McKendry said: “The Board of Directors and I are delighted to welcome Oran back to this football club.
“We are convinced that he has the necessary knowledge and temperament to lead the Club to the success we all desire.
“Oran has a great record in identifying and developing players, and has identified potential targets as we look to strengthen the squad this summer.
“This a special day for our club, our fans and for Oran.”
Kearney - who will take charge of first-team training tomorrow evening - left Coleraine last September to become St Mirren's new manager.
The 40-year-old helped keep the Buddies in the Scottish Premiership following a playoff win over Dundee United.
Kearney parted company with the Paisley outfit last week and now returns to the Showgrounds for a second time.
His first spell at the Showgrounds lasted seven years after he was appointed to succeed David Platt back in 2011, during which time he became a firm fans' favourite.
His best season was in 2017/28 when Coleraine finished second in the NIFL Premiership before beating Cliftonville in the final of the Irish Cup.
