A Manchester-based optimisation specialist, whose clients include BrewDog, Sports Direct, Papa John's and Boots, has been bought by a marketing agency.
User Conversion has been snapped up Brainlabs Digital in London for an undisclosed sum.
David Mannheim, founder of User Conversion, said: "The stars aligned for this one. The team at Brainlabs understand and are widely enthusiastic about culture, client value and even experimentation.
"Their logo is a conical flask for goodness sake. It really is a match made in marketing heaven.
"Couldn’t think of a more suited partnership to fuel our next chapter."
The User Conversion team will become the specialist CRO branch of Brainlabs and its leadership will remain the same.
The chief executive of Brainlabs, Daniel Gilbert, added: "User Conversion are clearly the best thing to come out of Manchester since Oasis and Coronation Street.
"I’m buzzing to bring the team on board and get started on our supersonic future together."
User Conversion also works with Travis Perkins and mamas & papas.
