Optical illusion proves you're a 'natural born leader' if you can spot the animal

There are a number of different types of people that you come across in the workplace. Some are more than happy to sit back and let others lead, whilst some are more comfortable with taking the reigns and acting as the leader.

Although you can switch between these roles, and a lot of people do, it's likely that you fit into one description more than the other.

Not only does this help you to become more efficient at work, but it also lets other people know of your skills and allows you to work better in a team.

To help you decide if you are a 'natural born leader' or not, online printing specialists Instantprint has created a new optical illusion that contains a hidden animal.

If you manage to spot it, it highlights some key information about your workplace "animal personality type". So have a look below and have a think about what you can see...

Have a look and see if you can find the hidden animal (Lion optical illusion)

The design features the outline of a specific animal hidden cleverly amongst a set of brightly coloured lines, with the aim of tricking the eyes of those that try to decipher it.

Because the lines are laid so closely together, for many, the pattern can produce a rather hypnotic effect, making it harder to spot the cleverly concealed image. But how quickly can you read between the lines?

If you’re struggling to uncover the animal hidden within, here's a clue: They are the only family of cats that live in groups, or 'prides'.

Did you spot the animal?

For those who didn't see the hidden animal, it was a lion.

Natural born leaders, those with lion personality types in the workplace are often strong decision makers. If your personality type is a lion, you’re likely to be pro-active, loyal, and determined.

As a lion personality type, you’re often seen as the one to turn to when guidance in the business is needed, offering those around you much-needed reassurance. This leads to building strong and meaningful relationships with many of your colleagues.

That said, you’re equally not afraid to speak up and voice your opinion when it comes to feeding back to the team. Whilst others within the workplace may not always like this approach, they tend to value your feedback as they know it’s for the greater good of the team.
