OPINION - Ex-OceanGate worker ‘warned of sub safety concerns’ : Tech & Science Daily podcast

As the search for the missing OceanGate sub continues in the North Atlantic, US court documents reveal a former employee of the company warned of potential safety problems with the vessel back in 2018.

According to US court documents, David Lochridge, the company's Director of Marine Operations had raised concerns about the vessel’s hull in an inspection report, but his warnings were ignored.
