An Aberdeen-based provider of data analytics and predictive technology solutions has entered into a long-term collaboration with a North Sea oil and gas operator
Having worked with OPEX Group previously, Dana Petroleum has now entered into a six-figure per annum three-year contract, with two one-year options.
As Dana’s data-analytics partner, OPEX Group will be applying its X-PAS analytics platform across the firm’s Triton and Western Isles floating production storage and offloading assets.
The platform helps customers make better use of their data so they can achieve more efficient and lower cost operations.
X-PAS will be implemented on critical systems on North Sea assets to improve operational stability and reliability.
Dana has also rolled out OPEX’s artificial intelligence-driven tools to automatically monitor sub-systems on the Triton and Western Isles assets.
