Opening times as Belfast Christmas Market enters its last few days

The Christmas Market returned to City Hall at the end of November for the first time in two years, welcoming thousands of people and bringing with it dozens of international stalls.

Now, as we head into the final few days before Christmas, the Market is beginning to wind down for another year.

The Christmas Market will continue to run daily up until Thursday, December 23 , when it will close its doors at 6pm.

The opening hours will continue as normal until that date, meaning that you can access the Market from Monday to Wednesday from 10am to 8pm .

For those who still haven’t been to the Market, there are more than 25 different nationalities represented, from as far away as South Africa.

Closer to home there are plenty of local businesses represented at the market, with 35% of traders from Northern Ireland.

As well as that, the Market this year saw the return of its two beer tents, as well as plenty of activities for kids and lots of exotic food on offer.

The Market has a number of Covid safety rules in place, including hand sanitising stations, a single entrance and exit, and a queuing system at the entrance, while vaccine certificates were checked during the busy weekend period.
