Opening date for £1m Nottingham city centre offices promising 'free beer on tap'

Workers poised to move into new city offices will be able to enjoy 'free beer and coffee on tap', officials marketing the site have said.

Planned on five floors of a building called Fenchurch House, in King Street, above Zizzi restaurant, the offices will open in September.

As part of the membership fee, workers will have access to printers, scanners and photocopying machines.

A barista making coffee is among the features in line for the £1m development - while beer on tap will be restricted to certain hours of the day.

"We are very happy to begin marketing the flexible office spaces at Fenchurch House as a positive vote towards the "new normal" and a boost to Nottingham City Centre, showing confidence in the future of work in the city," said Jonathan Ratcliffe, of Offices.co.uk.

There will be private offices and co-working space.

Coronavirus safety measures, including a one-way system, will be in place.
