Opening date announced for new vegan hot dog place in Dennistoun

Tongues started wagging back in June this year with the news we brought to you that the crew behind Nirvana inspired vegan cafe In Bloom were to open up shop in Dennistoun.

And now we can finally reveal that their new vegan hot dog place, No Mean Dogs, will throw open its doors to the public this coming Thursday (November 14).

The new place promises to continue with the Nirvana and music references and be 'more of a night thing', so we've been told by the In Bloom crew.

Location-wise, it will take over the premises vacated by Vegan Burd's vegan sweet shop on Garthland Drive.

No Mean Dogs will soon be the new kid on the block in Dennistoun (Glasgow Live)

And if In Bloom was anything to go by, then we are in no doubt that No Mean Dogs will be another reason to get excited about in respect to the city's continually brilliant and expanding vegan and veggie food scene.
