Open house event this weekend at Shipley Park Gardens

There was a time when the suggestion of a visit to Shipley Park meant a walk around the lovely parkland, maybe fishing or even horse-riding.

Now, with a new homes development on its border in the final stages of completion, the builders are inviting home buyers to the area for an open house event.

Shipley Park Gardens is open to view today, Saturday October 5, and tomorrow, Sunday October 6, from 10.00am until 1.00pm.

The remaining four bedroom homes are priced from £299,950 up to £359,950.

House types include The Porterwood and Nutbrook styles.

With over 90% of residents moved in, just four homes remain for sale at the site, which has been created by independent developers Bondwell.

James Kirk, Kirk Estates, said: "This development has been a storming success and now just the last four plots are for sale."

He added that each home has a generous individual plot and that the show home, plot 29, has direct access via a gate from the rear garden into the 700 acre Shipley Park.

No appointment to view is necessary this weekend, just pop along to between 10.00am and 1.00pm.
