Bringing in promising teenager Loic Mbe Soh would be “a very good opportunity” for Nottingham Forest, according to head coach Sabri Lamouchi.
The Reds are understood to be close to signing the highly-rated, young PSG defender, who has been in-demand this summer.
The 19-year-old has been linked with Forest’s Championship rivals Norwich City and Middlesbrough, as well as a number of clubs in Europe.

Able to play centre-back and right-back, he has made three first-team appearances for PSG in Ligue 1 and has represented France at various youth levels, including with the Under-19 and Under-18 age groups.
“The only thing I can say is he’s a good player,” Lamouchi told NottinghamshireLive.
“I know him because he’s French and from a big club in France.
“If the club can sign him, it’s a very good opportunity for the club.”
If all goes as expected, Mbe Soh would become the Reds’ seventh new addition of the summer, following the arrivals of Jack Colback, Tyler Blackett, Lyle Taylor, Fouad Bachirou, Luke Freeman and Miguel Angel Guerrero.
He would not be able to make his debut in the club’s opening league game of the campaign at QPR on Saturday, however.
“Even if some players arrive before QPR, they will not be in the squad because they will not be registered in time,” Lamouchi said.
“I’m more focused on my team and my players because we have an important game to play.”
