Only players with a high IQ can spot the panda among the humans in seven seconds

A new optical illusion picture challenge has players scratching their heads as they frantically try to crack the visual riddle.

The phenomena have taken off of late, seen as the ideal way to sharpen awareness - while having a spot of competitive fun with friends and family. And the stakes are high, with those able to solve the puzzles credited with having a high IQ.

Popular past examples have included the infamous 'dress'. Was it black and blue, or was it gold and white? People are still arguing about it to this day.

More recent images taking the internet by storm include the cat among buildings and the wolf within the raccoons. Now, a new optical illusion has people baffled as they desperately try to find the panda hidden in a crowd of humans.

The Daily Star reports that people have been struggling to find it as they look across the rows of people in the sepia image. The original picture was captured by Tracy Lynn Heightchew in 1978.

Did you solve it? (jagranjosh)

It's really difficult to spot as it seemingly blends into the other people, and not many people will be able to spot the bear in under ten seconds thanks to the sheer amount of people that can be seen in the image.

The panda needs to be identified within seven seconds - have you spotted it yet? If you did manage to spot it, you will have seen it on the right side of the image, nestled between a man with glasses and a woman.

If you didn't manage to spot it, the location of the panda has been marked in a red circle.
