Pubs in Glasgow remain shut as we now find ourselves within the first phase of the four phase 'route map' towards exciting lockdown.
As a result, Glaswegians have been searching for alcohol delivery services to their home as they attempt to fill the void while avoiding the supermarket queues.
And now data from data from UK catering supplier site Event Supplies shows that searches for the delivery of beer in the city have shot up by more than 2,000%.
Search traffic has risen by 2,100% compared to the same month last year, with an increase of over 40% between March and April.
Only Edinburgh saw a bigger rise in searches for beer deliveries in the UK, with a rise of 2,127% in search traffic compared to the same period last year.
The news comes as pubs in the city adjust to lockdown life by launching collection and delivery services to try and encourage sales while their doors remain closed.
