Online punter in Co Clare scooped €1m Daily Million jackpot as people urged to check tickets

An online player in Co Clare scooped Saturday's €1m Daily Million jackpot.

Lotto bosses are urging everyone in The Banner County to check their tickets - with the winning numbers being 06, 12, 18, 34, 35 and 36 with a bonus of 39.

A notification has been sent to the winner's account, while a separate email has also been sent to the holder.

Elsewhere, another punter narrowly missed out on the €4million Lotto jackpot on Saturday - falling just one number short.

They'll have to settle for €54,511 instead, with the ticket being sold in An Post on Bridge Street in Athenry Town, Co Galway.

The winning numbers were 10, 14, 21, 22, 35, 44 and the bonus was 13.

There was no winner of the overall jackpot.
