Online dating firm Bumble has said all its employees can take unlimited paid leave as long as they get their work done, according to reports.
Managers will have to sign off on the leave before staff can take it.
It comes after the firm closed down for a week in June in what it said was an attempt to help employees deal with work-related stress.
The firm said it would shut its offices for a week twice a year from now on and that the pandemic had made it “reflect on” how the business worked.
Bumble president Tarek Shaukat said: “It’s becoming increasingly clear that the way that we work, and need to work, has changed and our new policies are a reflection of what really matters and how we can best support our teams in both their work and life.”
The pandemic and subsequent lockdown led to a boom in home working and has led many firms to re-examine how they work.
Accountants Price Waterhouse Cooper said it would let staff start when they liked and work from home some days.
BP told office workers they can spend two days a week working from home and several banks are examining home-office arrangements.
