Often during a Detroit Lions game, I text back and forth with a bunch of friends. We celebrate big plays, we vent during frustrating situations, we second guess everything, and overall we just have fun chatting with each other during the game since we all can’t be in the same room to watch it together these days.
Well, last night I got the opportunity to live-tweet the Lions second preseason game with the #OnePride fans and I really enjoyed it. So as you can see the #OnePride fans had lots of thoughts and feelings on this preseason game. It was really fun interacting with the fans and putting my thoughts on Twitter as it happened. I found it to be a completely different way to watch a game for me. This fan base is so passionate, they want the Lions to win so bad, and you can see that in their Tweets.
Thank you to everyone who participated with me as overall I thought it was pretty entertaining for a preseason game. We still haven’t seen most of the Lions top stars, and those that did play did some encouraging things.
Well, on to preseason Week 3 where I think we will see more starters as a primer for Week 1 of the regular season versus the Arizona Cardinals. Until then #thank you.
