A YOUNG footballer has been sacked by his club and three others are facing the boot over sick online messages in the wake of the Neil Lennon bomb scandal.
Clyde youth Max McKee was thrown out after posting a callous and provocative comment about the Celtic boss on Twitter.
At St Mirren, under-19 player Josh Horne has been suspended over comments he made on a Facebook page about petrol-bombing Celtic fans.
It is thought at least one other player may also be under investigation by the Paisley club over similar comments.
News spread through internet forums about the vile message, which gloried in the news that a bomb had been sent to Lennon.
The latest scandals follow the sacking of Berwick Rangers youth Kieran Bowell earlier in the week for posting on Twitter that he wished the parcel bomb had "f***ing killed" the Celtic boss.
