One person has been taken to hospital following a multi-vehicle crash on the M90 during rush hour this morning.
Police rushed to the scene of the crash involving three vehicles on at 7:40am on the M90 heading southbound on approach to the Queensferry Crossing.
It is understood a van involved in the crash had overturned and was on its side on the busy commuter road.
Traffic was brought to a standstill and buses were diverted with all lanes closed for around two hours while police dealt with the incident and the vehicles were recovered.
The road has now reopened however there are still residual delays in the area.
