One Show host Alex Jones has announced she is pregnant with her third child.
Alex revealed that she is pregnant for the third time, with a baby girl, live on air tonight.
The 43-year-old presenter, who already shares two children with her insurance broker husband Charlie Thomson, announced the news on The One Show.
She said: "I feel really nervous all of a sudden. It feels like a really good time to share some news with everybody, and the crew in the studio for the first time.
"Lockdown has been anything but predictable and we have had some really unexpected news. Baby number three is on the way."
Alex's co-host Ronan Keating said: "Congratulations it's fabulous news, absolutely fabulous."
Alex thanked him and said: "Thank you, I need all the tips."
Ronan said he would help her and said how excited he was for her.

Alex said: "Yeah we didn't see that one coming, but yeah we're delighted" and then she confirmed she was having a baby girl.
Alex then announced the happy news on her Instagram as she shared photo of herself and her family holding a board that read: "Coming soon... baby number 3."
She captioned the photo: "The best surprise ever."
And her followers and celebrity pals were quick to congratulate her in the comments.
