A male was killed after his vehicle flipped over and landed in a parking lot Saturday night in West Lawn.

The crash happened about 10:50 p.m. in the 7400 block of South Cicero Avenue, according to Chicago police.

A male was driving a 2004 Ford sedan on 74th Street and attempted to head north on Cicero Avenue when his vehicle flipped over and landed inside a parking lot, police said.

The male was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police, and was the only occupant of his vehicle.

The Cook County medical examiner’s office has not released any information on his identity.

There were no other vehicles involved in the crash or injuries reported, police said.

CPD’s Major Accidents Unit is investigating.
