There has been one Covid-related death confirmed across the Bristol region in the latest daily figures.
The death was recorded in North Somerset in the last 24 hours.
There have been 37 new cases of the virus confirmed across all four local authorities that make up the West of England, 19 of which were reported in Bristol.
South Gloucestershire recorded 11 new infections, while two were recorded in Bath and North East Somerset and five in North Somerset.
The new cases in the Bristol region are part of a total of 2,061 recorded across the UK in the last 24 hours, bringing the nationwide total to 4,403,170.

UK figures
There were 32 deaths recorded today, within 28 days of a positive test, across the UK.
Over 127,000 have lost their lives across the UK since the pandemic began, but the daily number of fatalities has been on the decline since the second peak on January 19.
There were also 132 people admitted to hospital across the UK in the latest figures, with the total over the previous recorded seven days now sitting at 1,781. There are 243 patients in mechanical ventilation beds.
As things stand, the number of people have received their first vaccine dose has passed 33.5 million, with the current total sitting at 33,508,590.
There have also now been over 12 million who have received their second jab.
