The MBO has been led by existing managing director John Procter, in a deal providing an exit for his father Jeremy Procter, who will remain with the business in an advisory role.

There are plans to invest in the factory, located on Pantglas Industrial Estate, as well as in developing the firm's e-commerce offer.

We are a market leaders in machine safety, security fencing and automatic gates and I am committed to growing the business further and cementing our position within the industries we serve.”
