One of UK's most wanted men is from the Bristol area

One of the country's most wanted men has links to a town near Bristol.

Alex Male, from Weston-super-Mare, is being hunted for his involvement in multiple crimes.

He is wanted for drugs trafficking, money laundering and conspiring to acquire a firearm.

According to a description on the Crimestoppers website, he is part of a regional drugs network in the South West.

The description says: "Alleged to be a regional distributor of drugs across the south west of England, buying and selling drugs and managing other distributors who operated under his instruction using the EncroChat encrypted communications network.

"He is accused of conspiracy to supply cocaine and ketamine, money laundering, conspiracy to acquire a firearm."

A description has been issued of Male to try and track him down.

He is approximately 6ft tall, and is aged between 25 and 30 years old.

He also has a number of distinctive tattoos, including a skull on his Adam's apple and a full sleeve on his left arm with a family tree.

‘Love’ is tattooed on his left hand along with a swallow, and he has three stars tattooed on his left wrist.

He also has a full tribal sleeve tattoo on his right arm going onto his chest with an angel on his back, and ‘live’ tattooed on his right hand.

He is currently thought to be in the southern Spanish city of Marbella.

The Crimestoppers website gives advice on how to contact them with information regarding Male.

It says: "Anyone with information about any of the men is urged to call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, while callers in Spain should call the freephone Spanish number 900 926 111, which will be answered by CrimeStoppers in the UK - using translation if required."
