Partygoers and EDM enthusiasts will want to check out "Kolour In the Park 2018 Presented By Singha Music", the annual open-air house and techno festival, sponsored by Rip Curl, Pullman Hotel G and Red Bull. The dance party will take place on Saturday and Sunday, Feb 24 and 25, at Thai Wake Park, Pathum Thani, from 2pm until late.
This edition is like the others dedicated to delivering a fully immersive experience combining music, art, sport, interactive daytime activities and night-time party vibes. The event has expanded in variety from its previous editions, both in artist line-up and event format.
The line-up showcases a broad variety of music, including more alternative live-performance acts, while maintaining a strong emphasis on house and techno. Performing will be Mat.Joe, German duo Matze and Johannes, with crispy House beats paired with rhythmic soul and hip-hop elements; Nakadia, the Berlin-based Thai techno icon; Pomo, Canadian multi-instrumentalist and producer who makes electronic beats influenced by house as well as 70s and 80s funk; and Youngr, a solo outlet for Dario Darnell, songwriter, producer, instrumentalist and vocalist, who makes eclectic, slightly left-of-centre house music.
