Zoopla has revealed its most viewed properties in the UK - and one of them is in Merseyside.
Since the Chancellor announced a Stamp Duty holiday on properties priced up to £500,000, there was a 29% increase in buyer demand in England on Wednesday alone.
'The Stables' in Ince Blundell is in the top five most viewed properties in the North West since the Chancellor's summer statement.
The property is a unique barn conversion with character features and has been renovated to a high standard.
