Chester Zoo has been named among the best kid-friendly attractions in the UK.
A recent study analysed more than 13,000 child friendly TripAdvisor attractions to compile an ‘ultimate list’.
Among the list are museums, parks and immersive experiences, with activities ranked by the highest number of 5-star ratings and the highest number of reviews to bring you the definitive list of the UK’s top days out this October half term.

Based on those attractions with the highest number of overall and 5-star rated reviews, Legal and General has put together some of the best days out for families.
Chester Zoo came in seventh place, making it into the top 10 most popular kid-friendly days out in the UK.
The zoo is one of the most visited wildlife attractions in the UK, and with more than 35,000 animals is one of the country's largest zoos.
The venue attracts visitors from across the country, and hosts a variety of events throughout the year including its popular Christmas lanterns .
It has a rating of 4.5 out of 5, with more than 15,000 reviews recorded on TripAdvisor.
Also among the best kid-friendly days out are Alton Towers, Warwick Castle and Stonehenge.
