'One of the best goals ever' - Tottenham fans react to Harry Winks' stunner against Ludogorets

Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting to Harry Winks' wonderful goal against Ludogorets in the Europa League.

Winks scored from 56 yards out to put Spurs 3-0 up in their fourth match of their European campaign.

Gareth Bale was making a run to the far post - and is yet to be confirmed whether Winks meant to pass it to his team-mate, or if he went for goal.

If the England and Spurs midfielder did mean it then it will likely be considered one the goals of the season.

Carlos Vinicius scored his first two Tottenham goals - both courtesy of assists from Dele Alli - to put the home side two goals to the good against the Bulgarian side.

Then it was the wonder goal from Winks to put the game beyond any reasonable doubt - if there was any from Spurs' point of view.

Not long after the third, Jose Mourinho 's team struck again, when Vinicius turned provider to his Brazilian compatriot Lucas Moura, who slotted home for the Premier League high-fliers.

It was a very comfortable night for Spurs against the side they beat 3-1 in the reverse fixture earlier this month.

The highlight of the night, though, was definitely Winks' strike from near the halfway line.

The midfielder picked the ball up on the left-hand side - right next to the touchline - and saw a run from Bale, who was coming inside of his marker, but Winks surprised everyone by lobbing the ball over the Ludogorets goalkeeper.

Spurs fans have been reacting to the breathtaking goal on Twitter, and they love it.

Spurs legend Glenn Hoddle - who was on co-commentary duty for BT Sport - does not believe that Winks did what he did on purpose.

Hoddle thinks he was indeed looking for Bale at the back post, rather than going for goal.

"I think he's gone for Bale. His eyes are telling you. Bale made a great run inside the full-back. He's free, Bale, but I think he's just pulled it a bit."

Spurs are next in action on Sunday, as they take on London rivals Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
