Greater Manchester’s hospitals recorded one new Covid-19 related death in the last 24 hours, according to the latest data.
The death, the first recorded since Saturday, means the region's hospital death toll is 5,889, according to NHS figures.
A patient sadly lost their life at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust, marking the only death recorded in the north west region in the latest figures.
