'One for the girl's group chat' Scots singer Nina Nesbitt's hilarious lockdown song

Nina Nesbitt has hit the nail on the head when it comes to life during the coronavirus pandemic.

The witty Scots singer has had fans in stitches with her latest light-hearted TikTok post, which features a song about the reality of living in lockdown.

The Livingston -born star,26, has been keeping followers entertained throughout the past few months.

In March we reported her hilarious tribute to her life before coronavirus restrictions, with a song which lamented the temporary loss of nights out with pals, trips to Wetherspoons and enjoying the odd refreshment in a pub.

And now she's nailed it again with a version of the Sound of Music classic My Favourite Things.

The songstress, best known for 2013 hit single Stay Out, entitled the light-hearted ditty 'One for the girl's group-chat.

And the lyrics are bound to strike a chord with a lot of people.

Nina sings: "Zoom calls with strangers, a face with no makeup...

"Uber eats orders and food down my t-shirt...

"Amazon packages filled up with things...

"I thought I needed after a few drinks...

"D**k pics and DMs oh dating's outrageous...

"She wants to s**g him but is he contagious...

"Emotional breakdowns and time spent alone...

"Peeing in bushes when places are closed...

"On a weeknight, when I feel s***e and the weather's crap

"I simply demolish my favourite gin and then I don't feel so bad."
