One person has died and three people have been flown to hospital with life-threatening injuries after a minibus rolled over in Victoria's north this afternoon.

The crash happened on the Murchison-Violet Town Road at Arcadia South, south of Shepparton, at 2:30pm.

Police said one passenger died at the scene and three passengers were airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
