One person has died and three left injured following a crash on the A40 Westway.
Officers rushed to Westbourne Park at 3.17am on Monday following reports of a collision between a lorry and a car.
A man in his 20s was pronounced dead at the scene.
His next of kin have been informed.
The driver of the vehicle was taken to hospital where he remains, police said.
He was arrested but later de-arrested. There have been no other arrests.

The westbound carriageway closed for almost 12 hours before being reopened at around 2.50pm.
Drivers have been told to avoid the area or use an alternative route.
