One pot of Wolfy’s coconut and lime porridge contains 42g of sugar, or 10 teaspoons.
To give some perspective, a bowl of Kellogg’s Bran Flakes contains just one.
The NHS recommends no more than 30g of sugar a day for an adult.
This means the Wolfy’s porridge pot contains 12g more than the daily allowance.

Nutri-Grain Raisin Bakes bars contain four teaspoons, as does a pot of Oat so Simple golden syrup porridge.
A four-pack of Belvita Breakfast biscuits and Weetabix on the go contain three teaspoons each.
