Nottingham Forest fans have been discussing their side's decision to send goalkeeper Aro Muric back to Manchester City.
According to reports this evening, Forest have decided to allow Muric to depart the City Ground with the loan stopper not sticking around for when football returns.
The coronavirus pandemic has thrown the futures of loan players and those who are out of contract at the end of June into doubt but Muric's plans appear to be crystal clear with website The Athletic reporting that the Kosovo international is being told to leave Trentside.
Covid-19 has suspended play, which is due to return next month, since the middle of March with Forest well set to secure a play-off place.
Muric, meanwhile, hasn't been much of a part of the rise of Sabri Lamouchi's side to fifth place.
He arrived on a season-long deal from Pep Guardiola's side in July but was axed after just four games for fellow summer arrival Brice Samba.
After a horror show on debut against West Bromwich Albion, he played just three more League games and wasn't even in the first-team squad for an FA Cup tie with Chelsea in January.
That's why Reds fans aren't surprised at the decision.
One said: "Shame it couldn't work out at Forest, writing was probably on the wall since he made that howler against West Brom and the subsequent form of Samba which has been nothing short of sensational.
"Flap back to Manchester kid," added another.
"I think to say it hasn’t quite worked out is an understatement," said a third.
"Should have went back after West Brom," another said.

A fifth Reds fan added: "Had huge expectations of this lad...all of that disappeared after 20 minutes of the West Brom game."
"Good goalkeeper for the future somewhere," pondered another.
One Forest fan said: "The only surprise was that he stuck it out until end of the season. I don’t think his heart was in it from day one."
"Should have gone back before the window shut for September never, mind now or January," said another fan.
"One big mistake sorted," another said.
"Surprised he didn't go back in January," said a tenth.
Muric is under contract at the Etihad Stadium until 2024, joining the club in 2015.
