One-bedroom flat goes on sale listing a 'lunatic neighbour' as a key feature

A one-bedroom flat has been put up for sale with the owner advertising the unusual feature of a “lunatic neighbour”.

The advert for the upmarket property in Crawshawbooth, Burnley, is listed by the owner as having this "key feature", according to The Sun.

The current asking price for the flat, which went on sale yesterday, is £99,950 and it has been redecorated and refurbished.

Successful buyers will have to deal with a "lunatic" next door, according to the ad.

Reeds Rains, the estate agents, appear to have missed this information in the advert on the Rightmove website.
