Ondrej Kudela could still make the trip to the UK for the Czech Republic's clash with Wales despite claims from Glen Kamara's lawyer over a police probe.
Solicitor Aamer Anwar insisted that police planned on speaking to the defender regarding the incident in the Europa League match with Rangers in which he is accused of saying a disgusting racist comment in Finland cap Kamara's ear.
With the national team in Cardiff for a World Cup qualifier on Tuesday night, Slavia pulled their player from the squad, citing safety concerns.
However, talks have been on-going between the Czech FA and Kudela's club since the initial announcement.
National boss Jaroslav Silhavy claimed they still hoped to "sort everything" following the behind-the-scenes discussions.
The Czech FA released a statement on Sunday night confirming talks were continuing: "The management of the Football Association of the Czech Republic and the management of Slavia Prague are currently still acting together, in accordance with the interests of player Ondrej Kudela."
Now, Czech news outlets Sport and iDnes report that while Kudela did not travel out with the team this morning for the qualifier but could fly out separately.
However, no official statement on the Kudela's availability has been made with Silhavy expected to confirm his final squad at a press conference on Monday.
Kudela started a 6-2 win in Estonia on Wednesday and and the 1-1 draw with Belgium in Group E.
