Once Upon A Time In Hollywood trailer: First-look at Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie in Quentin Tarantino’s new movie

The first trailer for Once Upon A Time in Hollywood has finally been revealed.

The first-look clip was posted on Leonardo DiCaprio’s Twitter account earlier today, with the caption: “Experience a version of 1969 that could only happen #OnceUponATimeInHollywood – the 9th film from Quentin Tarantino.”

The clip focuses on DiCaprio and Brad Pitt, who play the movie star Rick Dalton and his stunt double Cliff Booth, respectively.

Quentin Tarantino's ninth movie is one of the most highly-anticipated movies of the year, focusing on the events surrounding the Charles Manson family murders of Sharon Tate in 1969 Los Angeles.

The trailer doesn’t give much away about the film’s plot, although it does give a flavour of the performances fans can expect. DiCaprio looks perfectly cast as the grizzled Westerns star Dalton, while we also see a glimpse of Margot Robbie as Tate and Mike Moh giving a convincing performance as Bruce Lee in the clip.

A host of A-list names are due to star in the film, including Al Pacino, James Marsden, Sydney Sweeney, Zoë Bell, Lena Dunham, Damian Lewis, Dakota Fanning and Michael Madsen.

The trailer comes after both DiCaprio and Robbie shared posters for the new film earlier this week.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is released in UK cinemas on August 14.
