On visit with Steelers, Davon House signs with Packers

For the second consecutive day the Steelers played host to a free agent, and for the second day in a row, the Green Bay Packers swooped in and signed one of their targets.

While he was on his visit with the Steelers, free-agent cornerback Davon House agreed to a one-year deal with the Packers. According to the NFL Network, the Packers will pay House $3.5 million on a one-year deal.

House was a fourth-round draft pick by the Packers in 2011 and played his first four seasons there before signing with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2015.

On Monday, outside linebacker Jay Elliott visited the Steelers before re-signing with the Packers.
